No upsells, no surprise add-ons. The items below are part of every weekly or bi-weekly visit. Anything outside this scope is agreed in advance.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and calcium tested and balanced on every visit — recorded in your service report.
Surface debris cleared, water level topped, and pump / skimmer baskets emptied as part of every visit.
Pump, filter, chlorinator, and heater inspected on a bi-weekly cycle — anything off is flagged in the report.
No call center. Text or call the same number that services your pool — we know your water and your equipment.
Frequently asked
Weekly visits during the season are the most common cadence for Toronto inground pools, and that is what our seasonal pricing is built around. Light-use or above-ground pools often run fine on a bi-weekly schedule — we will recommend a frequency after seeing your pool on the first visit.
Skim and net debris, brush walls and tile line, vacuum if needed, test and balance chlorine / pH / alkalinity, empty pump and skimmer baskets, top off the water level, and record chemistry readings in your service report. Bi-weekly visits include the same scope, just less frequently.
Most Toronto inground pools run from $109/mo on weekly service and $79/mo on bi-weekly service, billed monthly across the May–September season. Pricing scales with pool size, equipment age, and whether you have a heater or salt system — get an exact number through our quote form.
Standard balancing — chlorine (liquid or tablet depending on your system), muriatic acid for pH adjustment, and alkalinity increaser as needed. We are not adding algaecide or shock on every visit; those are billed separately as add-ons when water condition calls for them. Salt-cell cleaning is also an add-on, billed as a one-off each season.
Yes — Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, and most surrounding GTA neighbourhoods. Type your address into the quote form and we will confirm coverage before booking.
If a chemistry issue, equipment concern, or visible water problem comes up between visits, message us and we will come back at no charge. Service reports document every visit so if something is off, we can see exactly what happened and fix it.
May through September is our standard service window — the pool is open, in use, and needs weekly attention. We do off-season openings and closings as one-time bookings before and after that window.
No. As long as we have side-gate or back-yard access (a key, code, or unlocked gate), visits happen on a set route day and you do not need to be there. Service reports are emailed after each visit.
Pick the service you have in mind — we'll show a typical range. Final price depends on pool size and scope.
Tell us your address and pool type. We'll come back with a number — not a sales pitch.
